Darin knew that he wanted to grow his business from cutting grass to building outdoor living spaces. Darin reinvested every penny of the company's revenue into educating and training his teams. He praises his team members for their good work and then challenges them to make it better. His philosophy is that if he can empower and motivate his team members to learn and expand that his next customers will benefit from it. He believes in the thought that companies don't grow people ... people grow people. His philanthropic philosophy fuels his desire to grow as well. Darin and his team routinely assist families in need. At such a young age, he has an extremely large and diverse collection of experience that would take most people 20 years to collect.
