- Building a rustic shed as a changing room/play house that sits snuggly behind the pool, hiding the pool equipment, and right at the edge of the wooded yard.
- Constructing a small swimming pool that looks like a pond with a grotto and waterfall. Lining the sides with natural boulders and stone ledges for seating.
- Creating an area for the family dog with a fence at the upper part of the yard in the shade. Just outside of the fence is a pond and waterfall where a boulder was carved out as a bowl for the dog to drink from.
- A cabana and outdoor kitchen where the bar is a part of the pool ledge with bar stool with tile tops that sit in the pool so one can swim up to the bar for a cool drink.
- Matching brick on an outdoor kitchen with the brick on the home so that it appears to have been completed at the same time as the house.
- Creating retaining walls using natural boulders to give a more rustic mountainous feel to a property.
