1. We use mulching blades in the fall to recycle the nutrients into your yard.
2. Your front landscape bed is always free of weeds.
3. We use a professional lawn-striper kit on our lawn machines to give defined lines in your yard, cutting in two different directions to add beauty and health to your lawn.
4. We remove yard clippings from your driveway, patios, hardscapes, deck, etc.
5. We will check for possible stoppages in the bottom of your gutters.
6. We will clean all the cobwebs off the home on the first story.
7. We custom-adjust our lawn machines to proper cutting height each quarter while always maintain extra-sharp blades on all machines used on your lawn.
8. Our job foremen always speak English.
9. We always have quality control checks behind our teams to ensure the best quality.
10. We will pay attention to potential issues around your lawn and home to alert you and make recommendations for repair or course alterations before a minor issue becomes major!
11. Our teams travel in nice, clean, professional trucks and crews in uniform. The presence of our staff will not distract from the image of your neighborhood.
12. Our teams are trained in professional edging and trimming techniques for proper finishes to match your lawn's cut.
13. We always carry premium lawn seed for occasions when we have to cut your lawn in damp conditions in case our lawn machine leaves a wheel track. We will seed these tracks before weeds have the opportunity to grow in the tracks.
14. Our crews always remove all litter, debris and sticks before lawn cutting.

We always clean our lawn machines between lawns so that we don't bring weeds or Bermuda grass into your yard if you have Fescue.

Our MetroCHOICE PremiumCare Landscape Management Plans are designed to give you access to experts on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis!

Homeowners can opt out of the following services:
*Adjusting timer for lights if homeowner does not have lights
*Start up and shut down of irrigation if homeowner does not have irrigation

Service & Pricing Menu

Annual mulching - (hardwood only) 500 square feet minimum. $250

Bi-Annual mulching - for pine straw, cedar, cypress, and colored mulches.

Pruning shrubs and trees - 15-feet and below will be pruned quarterly according to the plant type.

Pruning shrubs and trees 15+ feet - requires an arborist. Annual site visit from arborist to look at the health of trees. 4 hour minimum ($200) plus $100 debris removal fee

Fertilize shrubs quarterly - $175/visit for one acre+ properties $125/visit for 1/3-acre properties front, sides, and back $100/visit for front of properties only

Edge flower beds annually - 5 hour minimum, $250 (upkeep rates) 1/3 acre front yards, 35 feet/hour (upkeep rates)

Weeding of flower beds monthly - 1 hour minimum $50, plus $25 debris removal fee

Spraying weeds monthly - 1 hour minimum $50 Adjust outdoor lighting - as shrubs grow and check up to 20 lights/bulbs quarterly $200/annually Every light after twenty is $10.00 each

Adjust outdoor lighting timer - during time changes. $150/annually

Adjust irrigation and timer quarterly - $200/annually

Start-up and Shut-down of irrigation system - once per year. $175/annually

Shrub care - includes insecticide application and disease control for 5 (five) visits annually. $200/visit for acre+ property sizes $100/visit for 1/3-acre properties for front, sides, and back $ 75/visit for front of home only

Floriculture - two times per year (Spring and Fall) includes 4 flats of annuals plus 2 hours of labor. $150 for existing bed. If no bed, there is a one-time fee to prep the bed.

Maintenance of hanging baskets - (4 hanging baskets) $25/month

Installing wire basket - includes basket, labor and plants. $250

Check bottom of gutters for clogging - $ 10/month

Clean cob webs - from outdoor lights on 2 000 sq-ft home (first story only). $ 25/quarterly

Honey Do-list items - 30 minutes of household chores. These chores need to be submitted and approved by operations at least one week before the scheduled maintenance date. This time includes instruction by the homeowner to the foreman of what will need to take place. $ 25

Leaf Removal - by the hour as often as needed. Minimum of 4 hours is $200

Fall Aeration and over-seed - with fertilizer --acre $250 1/3-acre $300 --acre $400 1 acre $600 2 acres $1,200

Emergency Services - to be completed within 2 business days. (Example, -I have three lights that have burned out and I am having a party on Saturday. Can you please come soon and replace the bulbs?- $150/hour plus parts and time to purchase the parts.
