4. CLEAR CONTRACT. We will execute a contract specifying the work to be done, price, payment schedule, start date and estimated completion date. You get everything in writing from us because that is what being professional means. We include all details in our contracts!
5. YOU GET GREAT QUALITY: At Metro-GreenScape, you will receive the best quality plant material. We purchase plant material directly from the grower. By doing this, we not only save you close to 75% compared to retail stores, but we also get to hand pick the plant quality upon delivery. Although we do not offer a warranty on our plant material, we do guarantee great quality. It is very difficult to offer a warranty when there are so many elements that are out of our control. We feel by offering a better price with better quality, you are getting a better deal.
6. YOU GET A WARRANTY: At Metro GreenScape, we offer a warranty on shrubbery or plants if there is proper irrigation system that is installed, set, and adjusted by our irrigation specialist. If you choose for us to maintain the shrubs, including service like proper pruning, fertilizing, and disease control, the plants will have a lifetime warranty. Prices for the maintenance will vary on plant selection and number of plants. We offer a lifetime warranty on all stonework products and a 5 year warranty on labor. All of our lighting fixtures carry a 10 year warranty. The full details of our warranties are presented to you during the proposal and contract time.
